I dm asking for a refund, I expected a 2 star hotel with a microwave wifi and a refrigerator with a bath. It was cockroach infested, no microwave, no wifi unless I paid for it and no microwave, no carpet and only the thinnest of blankets. The AC was visibly grimy and broken which wasn't a surprise that it didn't even turn on. The location is isolated with not even a market nearby

Nothing everything is horrible from the office which smells like cigarettes to the door that is so hard to open needs to go back and forth because key card is not working at the end changing to other room which smells horrible, beddings that seems so old and dirty including bathroom and shower room that you are afraid to step on because its to old and chipping. Never to go back to this place ever again. Needs a lot of renovation and improvement.
Absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed that booking.com would even offer this hotel. Dried dead roaches on the wall, blood smear and the smell was horrible. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned since it opened. COULDN'T EVEN STAY, yet I'm still fighting for a refund.
It gave me what I needed , a rest from a long day!
